We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our clients' hiring needs and contribute to the growth of our recruitment consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles against job specifications.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate offer management, salary discussions, and onboarding formalities.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide regular hiring updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in consultancy recruitment or handling multiple hiring mandates will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Work Location: Mumbai (In-Person)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
