We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Customer Relationship Management
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.
Sales Conversion
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal team for documentation.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
