Innerfyre Co. is a fast-growing wellness, gifting, and lifestyle brand built around emotion, intention, and thoughtful design. We sell across ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, live commerce, and retail-style activations — and we’re looking for a full-time Shopify Developer based in Bangladesh to support our ecommerce growth.
This is a hands-on development role for someone who already has strong Shopify experience and can work independently on real stores, real technical issues, and real conversion-focused improvements.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work full-time with our team according to Singapore working hours.
This is not an entry-level role. You must have at least 3 years of hands-on Shopify development experience.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll focus on Shopify development, ecommerce website improvements, and technical execution across our stores.
Shopify Website Development:
- Building, editing, and maintaining Shopify themes
- Creating custom Shopify sections and page templates
- Working with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Improving product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and homepage layouts
- Supporting Shopify theme customization based on design and business requirements
Ecommerce Functionality & Store Improvements:
- Setting up and configuring Shopify apps
- Troubleshooting bugs, layout issues, and mobile responsiveness problems
- Improving site speed, usability, and customer experience
- Supporting checkout, cart, navigation, and product filtering improvements
- Ensuring the website works smoothly across desktop and mobile devices
Technical SEO & Conversion Support:
- Implementing basic technical SEO fixes on Shopify
- Improving page structure, headings, internal linking, and metadata where needed
- Supporting conversion-focused website changes
- Making sure pages are clean, functional, fast, and easy for customers to use
Ongoing Website Maintenance:
- Handling day-to-day website updates
- Fixing errors quickly and responsibly
- Testing changes before publishing
- Communicating clearly on development progress
- Working closely with the founder and marketing team on ecommerce priorities
Who This Is For
This role is ideal if you are:
- Based in Bangladesh and looking for a stable full-time remote role
- Experienced in Shopify development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Strong in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfortable customizing Shopify themes without needing constant supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to test your own work carefully
- Good at solving technical problems independently
- Reliable with deadlines and communication
- Interested in ecommerce, DTC brands, and conversion-focused website development
You should be able to take a task, understand the goal, execute properly, and flag issues clearly when something needs clarification.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of Shopify development experience
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience customizing Shopify themes
- Experience working with Shopify apps
- Ability to build responsive mobile-friendly pages
- Ability to troubleshoot bugs and technical issues
- Basic understanding of ecommerce UX and conversion best practices
- Good written English communication skills
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Shopify Plus
- Page builders such as GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, or similar
- Speed optimization
- Technical SEO
- Git / version control
- Figma-to-Shopify implementation
- Custom app integrations or API work
Working Hours: This is a full-time remote role.
Working hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm Singapore time
- Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm Singapore time
You must be available during these hours and able to communicate actively with the team.
Salary: BDT 30,000 to BDT 40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
