We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, tools, and services required for roofing and steel structure projects. The candidate should be able to negotiate with suppliers, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase roofing materials, steel structures, hardware, accessories, and site requirements.
- Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices for cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Ensure quality and quantity of received materials.
- Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations.
- Maintain purchase reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction, roofing, or steel materials is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to manage vendors and purchase records efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in purchase or procurement preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: From ₹15,000.34 per month
