- 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an E-commerce industry client or digital marketing environment.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target relevant customer segments with personalized messaging and offers.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks for the business
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
