Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Electrical Engineer to support electrical activities in civil construction projects. The candidate will assist in planning, execution, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems at construction sites while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in execution and supervision of electrical works at construction sites.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation of electrical systems including wiring, lighting, panels, cable trays, transformers, DG sets, and earthing systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Support site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
- Track material usage and coordinate with procurement/site stores for electrical materials.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues during construction and handover stages.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in construction projects can apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems used in commercial/residential/industrial buildings.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and site practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
