Job Summary
The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management, administration, business development, training operations, and profitability of the training center. The role ensures high-quality training delivery, regulatory compliance, student satisfaction, and achievement of organizational objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Ensure smooth execution of all safety training programs and certification courses.
- Monitor training schedules, classroom utilization, and trainer allocation.
- Maintain training infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
Training & Quality Assurance
- Ensure training programs comply with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor trainer performance and training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and certification documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for training quality.
Business Development & Admissions
- Develop strategies to increase admissions and training enrollments.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, industries, and educational institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and training requirements in the market.
- Achieve revenue and business growth targets assigned by management.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise trainers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development support.
- Ensure employee discipline, engagement, and productivity.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Financial Management
- Monitor center budgets, expenses, and revenue generation.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards within the training facility.
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced qualifications in Fire & Safety Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in training operations, education management, safety consulting, or center administration.
- At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience preferred.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹14,742.62 - ₹60,000.00 per month
