Job Title: Stores Supervisor – Finished Goods & DispatchJob Summary
Responsible for supervision of finished goods inventory, weighment records, dispatch coordination, labeling compliance, packing operations, manpower management, and maintaining a lean and organized stores environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate book-keeping of all FG weighments and dispatch records.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with customers and ensure timely delivery.
- Send daily progress reports to senior management.
- Supervise manpower for weighment, packing, and dispatch activities as per SOP standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of weighing scales, packing machines, labeling machines, and battery-operated stackers.
- Implement 5S and lean practices in the stores area.
- Ensure correct labeling as per customer requirements with full product traceability.
- Plan and arrange packing materials in advance and ensure safe packing of finished goods.
- Conduct stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in stores and dispatch operations in a manufacturing industry.
