- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and coding custom solutions within cloud-based environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management within enterprise systems.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software applications.
