Job Summary
Potful India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Support & Business Analyst Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer support and business analytics. The selected candidate will handle customer interactions while learning to analyze business data and prepare reports that support operational decision-making.
Candidates should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, basic analytical abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain customer interaction records and update relevant systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Business Analysis
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support the team in tracking key business metrics (KPIs).
- Identify trends and provide basic insights from data.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational reporting.
- Work closely with operations and other departments to support business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Economics, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., or any related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
- Internship or academic project experience in customer support or data analysis is a plus.
