Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Issue raw materials, spare parts, tools, and finished goods as per authorized requests.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, stock transfer, issue, and dispatch documents.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and raise purchase requirements when needed.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete materials.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
- Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge; ERP/SAP experience is must.
- Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
