Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the company
- Lead business expansion, project planning, and new opportunities
- Take major decisions related to investments, partnerships, and projects
- Oversee all departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Ensure company achieves revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Monitor market trends and align business strategies accordingly
- Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies
- Drive company culture, leadership, and team performance
Required Skills:

Experience:
- 10+ years in real estate / business leadership roles
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
