3Aksh is looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter who understands the U.S. IT hiring landscape and can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for U.S.-based clients
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple technologies
- Coordinate interviews, manage client communication, and close roles
- Mentor junior recruiters and interns
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in U.S. IT recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
