Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the complete employee onboarding process. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for new employees while maintaining accurate documentation and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and joining requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of employee KYC and statutory documentation.
- Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, Finance, and Reporting Managers for smooth onboarding.
- Create and maintain employee records in HRMS and internal databases.
- Ensure timely issuance of company assets, ID cards, email IDs, SIM cards, and other joining requirements.
- Explain company policies, processes, attendance, leave, and other HR guidelines to new employees.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and generate regular onboarding reports.
- Address new joiner queries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Identify process gaps and continuously improve the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee onboarding and HR documentation processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
