We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to manage our day-to-day stores and commercial activities at our Coimbatore and Tirupur locations.
The ideal candidate should be good at managing spare parts, stock, quotations, invoicing, and team coordination. The person will also be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that the operations at both locations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete stores and commercial activities at Coimbatore and Tirupur.
- Lead and manage the stores/commercial team.
- Check and maintain stock levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Order spare parts and other required materials on time.
- Prepare and send customer quotations.
- Prepare and process customer invoices.
- Maintain proper records of stock, purchases, quotations, and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and spare parts.
- Implement and maintain 5S in the stores and workplace.
- Coordinate with ELGi and other suppliers for spare parts and materials.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor the overall stores and commercial activities and ensure smooth operations at both locations.
- Travel between Coimbatore and Tirupur whenever required.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in stores, commercial operations, inventory, or spare parts management.
- Experience in the industrial equipment, engineering, air compressor, machinery, or spare parts industry is preferred.
- Good experience in team handling and leadership.
- Knowledge of stock management and spare parts ordering.
- Experience in preparing quotations and invoices.
- Knowledge of 5S and good workplace organization.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience using ERP software such as Odoo, SAP, or similar systems.
- Ability to manage and lead operations across both Coimbatore and Tirupur.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
