Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Calicut Kerala. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and fostering excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising food service, managing team performance, maintaining quality and hygiene, and addressing guest concerns promptly. Collaboration with staff and effective communication with all stakeholders is central to this role.
Qualifications
- Ability to oversee and lead teams; strong supervisory skills
- Knowledge of service standards and food service operations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of hygiene and quality requirements within a food and beverage setting
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Certification or degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
