About the Role
Young Minds Technology Solutions is seeking a creative, energetic, and growth-oriented Brand & Growth Associate to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth initiatives. This role combines marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer engagement to enhance visibility and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding and promotional activities.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Build brand awareness through online and offline marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with colleges, institutions, and industry partners for outreach activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing events, recruitment drives, and promotional campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Contribute to business growth and customer acquisition strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
- Strong presentation and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
