Role Overview
DesignScript is hiring a Digital Marketing Generalist to manage:
● Meta Ads campaign execution
● Google Business Profile (GBP) management
● Workflow automation using WATI and Make.com
The role focuses on driving restaurant and café walk-ins through performance marketing, local SEO, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads Campaign Management
● Build and manage Meta ad campaigns
● Monitor campaign performance and ad frequency
● Refresh creatives every 21 days
● Optimize CTR and ROAS
● Manage retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns
● Conduct Meta Pixel audits
● Build custom audiences and reactivation campaigns
2. Local SEO & Google Business Profile
● Complete GBP optimization for new clients
● Upload photos, menus, categories, and descriptions
● Handle weekly GBP activities:
○ Posts
○ Review replies
○ Photo updates
● Monitor Google Search Console
● Track rankings, impressions, clicks, and keyword opportunities
● Conduct periodic GBP audits
3. Automation & Workflow Management
● Build WhatsApp automation flows using WATI
● Create Make.com workflows for:
○ Lead capture
○ Reporting
○ Alerts
○ Data routing
● Maintain automated reporting systems
● Manage reactivation lists and broadcast campaigns
● Verify landing page tracking and URL parameters
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
● Prepare monthly client performance reports
● Track:
○ Walk-ins
○ Cost per walk-in
○ GBP engagement
○ Reviews
● Document creative performance
● Escalate campaign issues immediately

● Data-driven and process-oriented
● High ownership and accountability
KPIs / Success MetricsCampaign Performance
● CTR above 1.5%
● Cost per walk-in between ₹149–₹280
● Ad frequency below 3.5
● Lookalike campaign ROAS above 3x
SEO Metrics
● Weekly GBP updates completed consistently
● 15–20 new reviews per client monthly
● Monthly Search Console tracking
Automation Metrics
● Fully automated WhatsApp manager pings
● Automated monthly reporting
● Timely campaign and landing page updates
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
