Stitchink Studios is a growing custom apparel company specializing in t-shirt printing, embroidery, DTF, and DTG production. We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the founder, internal teams, and clients to improve product flow, customer experience, and overall execution quality.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, client communication, and product/process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder on planning and execution of business operations
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear production briefs
- Coordinate between sales, production, and operations teams for smooth delivery
- Improve workflows for order management, production tracking, and delivery systems
- Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements
- Ensure client requirements are met with high accuracy and quality standards
- Track product/service performance and help improve efficiency
- Maintain structured data and reports for decision-making
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (team + clients + vendors)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Good understanding of operations or product workflows (preferred)
- Freshers with strong mindset can apply
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coordination, operations, or client-facing roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to structure processes and improve systems
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or production businesses
