Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of model parameters to enhance natural language understanding and generation capabilities, while collaborating with various teams to align the architecture with broader project goals and technological advancements.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative architectural strategies for large language models.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of language models into diverse applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics to guide iterative improvements.
- Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to translate architectural designs into practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
