Retrovis Studio is looking for a Marketing Intern (Field Marketing) who will represent our agency in the market, visit local businesses, introduce our services, understand their marketing requirements, and generate quality business leads.
This internship is perfect for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
No prior experience is required—we'll train you.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses, shops, offices, and commercial areas.
- Introduce Retrovis Studio and its services.
- Explain how digital marketing can help businesses grow.
- Understand the client's business and current marketing challenges.
- Collect contact details of business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Schedule meetings for the senior business team.
- Share the company profile and portfolio with potential clients.
- Maintain a daily report of business visits and leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects whenever required.

Performance Expectations
- Visit 15–20 businesses every day.
- Generate quality business leads.
- Schedule meetings with interested business owners.
- Maintain accurate daily reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Stipend & Incentives
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month
- Attractive performance-based incentives
