Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Civil Head to manage civil construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. The role involves project execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring the timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise civil construction and maintenance activities.
Monitor project execution, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Prepare estimates, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
Oversee plant infrastructure development and maintenance.
Monitor material usage and cost control.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, steel plant, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, maintenance, estimation, and project execution.
Good leadership and team management skills.
