Job Title: Team Leader – RCM (Medical Billing)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead and manage AR operations within our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Medical Billing RCM, hands-on experience in AR Automation, and proven team management experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Drive AR automation initiatives and optimize workflow processes.
- Monitor claim follow-ups, denials, appeals, and payment postings.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex AR issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medical Billing RCM.
- Mandatory experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader in Medical Billing.
- Strong expertise in AR (Accounts Receivable) processes and AR Automation.
- Excellent understanding of Revenue Cycle Management workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in team handling, mentoring, and performance management.
