Job Summary
The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing activities related to allegro pcb, labview, and ate dev (automated test system)hardware. The primary objective is to ensure the efficient testing of hardware systems to meet quality standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Analog modules, different communication protocols. Prefer to have Schneider PLC & HMI experience.
- Experience in Schneider PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming – SFC, Ladder, Structure text.
- Experience in handling Industrial elements: Laser marking, Robotics, Vision inspection, Scanning, Product testing, Torquing, Sensors, Assembly Poka-yoke, Servo drives, welding controller, Load cell LVDT, Power source, printers.
- Experience in Communication Protocols Serial, Modbus, Profibus, TCPIP, FTP, Ethernet IP.
- Troubleshooting Experience in Applications, Electrical circuit, Mechanical, Pneumatic.
- Experience in handling PC based Test equipment and test machines.
- Programming Knowledge on NI test stand , Labview
- Knowledge in validation of Machine Risk Assessment, Safety circuit and poke yoke.
- Knowledge in Cycle time study and line balancing.
- Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic circuit understanding.
- Able to understand , interpret Electrical drawings , Suggest improvement in Machine design
- English both oral and written , Local languages – Kannada , Telugu , Tamil will be a plus
- Communication skill for technical exchanging with Customers
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in using allegro pcb design software for hardware design.
2. Experience with labview programming for automated test system development.
3. Knowledge of ate (automated test equipment) development for hardware testing.
4. Strong understanding of hardware testing methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and leadership abilities to lead a testing team.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
8. Analytical mindset to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in allegro pcb, LabVIEW, or ATE development are a plus.
