We are seeking a high-energy Sales Sourcing Manager to expand our channel partner network and drive lead generation across our premium real estate portfolio. You will build relationships with brokers, consultants, and corporate partners to maximize project visibility, schedule site visits, and accelerate booking conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
- Drive qualified sales leads and manage the customer pipeline from site visits to final booking closures.
- Organize CP networking events, project launches, and presentations to boost market footprint.
- Track competitor pricing and maintain detailed sourcing efficiency / ROI reports.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: 3 years in Real Estate Sales, Sourcing, or Channel Partner Management.
- An active, existing network of brokers/CPs in Thane (MMR) or Nagpur.
- Strong closing skills and proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
