Job Purpose
To ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials, plant & machinery spare parts, equipment, fuel, and consumables required for infrastructure projects while maintaining quality, budget, and project timelines.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Process Material Requisitions (MRs) from project sites.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approvals.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Coordinate with Project, Store, Plant & Machinery, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and MIS reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of procurement experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC projects.

Working Conditions
- Office-based with occasional visits to project sites and vendor locations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
