Job Title: Mainframe DevOps Migration Specialist
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe DevOps Migration Specialist to support a large-scale modernization and migration initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong mainframe application development background and hands-on experience implementing modern DevOps practices within IBM z/OS environments.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with IBM z/OS and Unix System Services (USS).
- Expertise in Git-based source control and repository management.
- Experience in CA Endevor.
- Proficiency in YAML and Groovy scripting.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git branching strategies and migration projects.
- Ability to articulate the Git/DBB lifecycle and DevOps best practices.
- Strong application development or system programming background.
- Proven installation, migration, and implementation experience in enterprise mainframe environments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Secondary requirement:
- Hands-on experience with IBM Dependency Based Build (DBB)
- Experience with IBM Wazi Deploy / IDE
- Quick learner on the above skills would be a definite advantage.
