Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Managers to drive business growth in the Packaging Adhesives segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users
- Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical demonstrations
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain credit discipline
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 15 years in sales, preferably in Packaging Adhesives or related chemical industry
- Education: Any graduate (B.Sc / B.E. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
