Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and articulate TGT English to join our secondary school team. The role involves fostering a strong linguistic foundation and a love for literature among students in Grades 6 through 10, ensuring they meet the high standards of the CBSE curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Literary & Linguistic Instruction: Teach English Literature and Grammar, focusing on critical analysis, vocabulary expansion, and structural accuracy.
- Skill Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve students' Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills.
- Secondary School Preparation: Thoroughly prepare Grade 10 students for CBSE Board Exams through rigorous practice in creative writing, comprehension, and literature.
- Co-curricular Leadership: Lead activities such as elocution, debating, creative writing workshops, and school magazine contributions.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates must complete a two-part technical evaluation:
- Teaching Demonstration: A live demo on any topic of your choice to assess your communication style, pedagogical methods, and ability to engage a class.
- Subject Interview: A comprehensive viva session featuring detailed subject-matter questions to test your depth in English Literature and Grammar.
