- Prepare registry documentation, interest sheets, and possession-related documents.
- Manage end-to-end registry and possession processes efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including BBA, Welcome Letter, Allotment Letter, PTM, TPT, Payment Receipts, Possession Documents, and various agreements.
- Maintain and regularly update client account statements with accuracy.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to possession in a timely manner.
- Update new bookings in the system and generate payment receipts and demand letters.
- Generate MIS reports related to collections, stock, and inventory.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of post-sales processes and real estate documentation.
