Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and cloud technologies. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable
Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and
developers to deliver secure, high-quality, and maintainable solutions while adopting modern
development practices and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external syssystems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance components following Salesforce best practices.
Develop, test, deploy, and support applications using modern DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Optimize application performance while balancing scalability, security, and maintainability.
Support and enhance Amazon Connect and customer engagement solutions where applicable.
Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and team learning initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with:
