Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management:
- Ensure smooth visitor entry process, including issuing visitor passes.
- Record visitor details in the visitor logbook.
- Pantry Management:
- Maintain daily pantry supply entry records.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform scanning and printing of documents as needed.
- Client Engagement:
- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and client kits to visitors or clients.
- RERA Registration Support:
- Assist in the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registration process.
