We are looking for a proactive and responsible Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our women's ethnic wear and wedding couture showroom. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the sales floor, staff, customer experience, inventory coordination, and overall showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and floor activities.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Monitor product display, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
Coordinate stock movement, inventory checks, and billing processes.
Achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the showroom.
Requirements:
Experience in retail, fashion, ethnic wear, or showroom management preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end showroom operations.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
