Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, handle phone communications, assist with basic accounting, and coordinate with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
- Maintain records, files, and documents properly
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, expense tracking, data entry)
- Use computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.) efficiently
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate with customers for inquiries, orders, and support
- Support management in daily operational activities
- Ensure smooth office workflow and coordination
Requirements
- Minimum +2 / Degree qualification
- Basic knowledge of accounts and billing
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English required)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to handle phone calls confidently
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in office/admin role is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
