Position: Account Manager
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, and account reconciliations.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST invoicing, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS deductions, reconciliation, and compliance as per applicable regulations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and account summaries.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain proper accounting documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and taxation.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, ERP, Busy, SAP, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Commercial Operations.
- Proven experience in handling GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹15,396.92 - ₹40,074.01 per month
