Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Associate / Assistant Professor in HR with a Data Analytics background to deliver practical, data-driven HR education. The role includes teaching, research, and mentoring students in applying analytics to HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach HR Analytics, and other HR related subjects
Note: Candidate not having knowledge & certification on Analytics Course are required to complete one course of 12 weeks during first Six months of the Service.
- Develop lesson plans, case studies, and training materials
- Guide student projects on HR data and workforce analytics
- Organize workshops, seminars, and industry sessions
- Conduct research and publish in SCOPUS / ABDC indexed journals/conferences proceedings
Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in MBA/PGDM (HR / Analytics) with 60% with 2 / 5yrs experience
- NET / Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms
Required Skills:
- Effective teaching, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Exposure to case-based and experiential teaching methods
- Research aptitude and academic writing ability
- Ability to link theory with industry practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools
Salary: Starting ₹25,000.00 per month
