Citiyano De Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is working on urban development, social development, sanitation, GIS-based projects, and government-related assignments across various districts. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated MSW candidate to join our team at Dhekiajuli, Assam.
Position: MSW Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience
We are hiring passionate and field-oriented MSW graduates who are willing to work closely with communities and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and community mobilization activities.
- Coordinate with local bodies, municipal authorities, and stakeholders.
- Support implementation of government and social development projects.
- Prepare field reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Organize awareness programs, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist in survey work, data collection, and beneficiary interaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and submission of project-related reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MSW (Master of Social Work) – Fresher to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills (Assamese, Hindi; English preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good report writing and community interaction skills.
