We’re Hiring – Performance Marketer
Vilva Jewels is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. If you have experience in driving sales conversions, optimizing ad campaigns, and improving ROI, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Drive sales conversions and leads through data-driven campaign strategies.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve performance.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Identify new audience segments and targeting opportunities to scale campaigns.
Required Skills
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of conversion campaigns and sales funnel strategy.
- Experience with pixel setup and tracking.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
