Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
· Generate leads through networking, market research, site visits, and industry events.
· Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with customers.
· Coordinate with the sales, estimation, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts.
· Provide regular reports to management regarding business performance and market developments.
· Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction, building materials, aluminium, UPVC, glass, window, or door industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction projects and building products.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to develop long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills
· Existing network with builders, architects, and contractors.
· Knowledge of aluminium systems, UPVC windows, façade systems, or architectural hardware.
· Understanding of project estimation and tender processes.
