Peopleclick is a leading IT Services and Consulting company specializing in talent acquisition and staffing solutions across various technology domains. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Recruit for technologies such as SAP, Full Stack Development, Software Architecture, Cloud, Data Analytics, and other IT skill sets.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
- Experience working with portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
