Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects and be capable of managing site activities efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain site records and reports.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with the purchase and stores departments for material requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities as per the schedule.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
