We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving website traffic, and improving customer engagement through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to improve online visibility.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Generate leads through digital channels and optimize conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital trends.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing and basic copywriting.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Website traffic growth.
- Lead generation and cost per lead (CPL).
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and campaign ROI.
- Conversion rate optimization.
- Social media engagement and follower growth.
- Email campaign open and click-through rates.
- Search engine rankings and organic traffic growth.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing is an added advantage.
