Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building engaging social media strategies, creating viral campaigns, and managing end-to-end content planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish high-quality posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas, trends, and campaigns with viral potential.
- Plan online and offline events, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Build brand awareness, increase engagement, and grow followers organically.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook algorithms.
- Experience in content strategy, campaign planning, and viral marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and improve performance.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, finance, startups, or digital marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and measurable growth.
