1. Brand & Strategy
Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
Plan integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
2. Creative Production
- Lead end-to-end creative production (ads, videos, social content, product creatives)
- Create clear creative briefs and ensure high-quality output
- Oversee campaign ideation, storytelling, and content frameworks
- Ensure all creatives align with brand identity and consistency
3. Marketing Operations (Execution & Management)
- Manage day-to-day marketing execution and workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance) and external vendors
- Handle campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables tracking
- Ensure on-time delivery of all marketing assets and campaigns
- Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, documentation, and brand guidelines
- Track campaign performance at a high level and coordinate optimizations
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with performance marketing team for *brand + conversion synergy
- Work with sales/operations teams for *on-ground execution and feedback loop
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- 4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Creative Strategy / Marketing Operations
- Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and campaign planning
- Hands-on experience in creative production and execution workflows
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Good understanding of digital platforms from a brand perspective
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications-
- Experience in Advertising Agency / D2C / B2B brands
- Exposure to ATL/BTL campaigns and brand activations
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Experience with CRM/tools, marketing dashboards, or automation tools
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
