We at Kirat Plastics are looking for Maintenance Engineer for our Sollean segment (Solar PV junction Box)
Roles and Responsibilities
● Diagnose and fix electrical problems by reading and interpreting schematics,
ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams to ensure smooth equipment operation.
● Program, debug, and commission PLC and HMI systems for automated
production lines.
● Maintain and manage motor control systems, including VFDs and servo systems,
to control machine motion and speed.
● Handle pneumatic and hydraulic systems (valves, cylinders, piping) used in
applications like clamping and pressing.
● Operate and maintain industrial robotic arms, machine vision systems, and
machines such as ultrasonic, soldering, and laser marking equipment.
● Work with industrial sensors (proximity, inductive, photoelectric) and transducers;
perform root cause analysis to identify failures and implement corrective actions.
● Use CAD and office software for documentation; coordinate with and train
production personnel while ensuring effective communication.
Experience: Maintenance: 4 years (Required)
Location: Gurugram
Qualification: Bachelor in Electric Engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
