Engineer Service Job Details: 3 to 5 years Diploma/B.E.-Mechanical E&TC

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the entire service activities of CIJ printer at Chennai and Tamil Nadu location
- Conducting demos/Trials installation at Food Beverages, Cable, and Pipe Industries.
- He will be responsible for preventive Maintenance/Breakdown Calls of the printers. Maintaining interface with the customers, monitoring AMC Contracts etc.
- He will be also responsible for repeat business from the same customers.
- Ability to handle & resolve customer complaints
