Freelance Non-IT Recruiter
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Timing: Flexible
Hiring Locations: Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai
Incentive Structure
● Average Communication Hiring: ₹1,000 per successful joining
● V3 to V5 / Good Communication Hiring: ₹2,000 per successful joining
● Above V5 / Excellent Communication Hiring: ₹5,000 per successful joining
● Spanish / German or similar Language Expert Hiring: Up to ₹7,000 per successful joining
Payout will be processed as per role-wise lock-in period. Standard lock-in period is generally 60 days and may vary as per requirement.
Work Responsibilities
● Post jobs daily on different hiring platforms.
● Source candidates from job portals, references, social media and available data.
● Call candidates and explain job role, salary, location and process details.
● Screen candidates based on communication level, experience, location and availability.
● Share only filtered and suitable profiles with the hiring team.
● Maintain candidate follow-ups and status updates properly in CRM.
● Coordinate with candidates till interview, selection and joining.
● Work on Hindi, English, Good Communication, Excellent Communication and language expert hiring requirements.
Support Provided
● CRM access will be provided.
● Training will be provided.
● Regular bulk hiring requirements will be shared.
● Company data support may be provided after 3 successful selections.
Requirements
● Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
● Bulk hiring, BPO, Customer Support, Sales or Voice Process hiring experience preferred.
● Must be comfortable with calling, screening and follow-ups.
● Own candidate data or recruitment network will be an advantage.
● Laptop/desktop and stable internet connection required.
● Serious, active and result-oriented recruiters preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
