Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and medically trained Paramedical Staff member to provide immediate first aid and emergency medical support at the NHAI Toll Plaza. The candidate will ensure the health and safety of toll staff, road users, and visitors by handling medical emergencies efficiently and maintaining medical records and first aid facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical & Emergency Support
- Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies.
- Attend emergency situations occurring within the toll plaza premises.
- Coordinate ambulance services and hospital support during emergencies.
- Monitor the health condition of injured or sick employees until further medical assistance arrives.
- Support accident response activities on highways when required.
First Aid & Medical Equipment Management
- Maintain first aid kits at all designated locations.
- Ensure medical equipment and emergency medicines are available and within expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the medical room/first aid station.
- Conduct periodic inspections of emergency medical supplies.
Health & Safety Coordination
- Assist in implementing workplace health and safety procedures.
- Support safety awareness programs for toll plaza employees.
- Maintain accident and injury records properly.
- Coordinate with safety officers and administration teams during incidents.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily medical attendance and treatment reports.
- Maintain records of:
- Employee medical cases
- Accident cases
- Medicine stock
- Emergency response activities
- Submit reports to management regularly.
Employee Support
- Provide basic health guidance to employees.
- Support employee wellness and hygiene awareness activities.
- Assist during health camps and medical check-up programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical Course / First Aid Certification
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in hospital, industrial, highway, or emergency medical services preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
