Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Publishing
- Create engaging reels and short-form video content.
- Develop post creatives aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Maintain consistent engagement and community interaction.
3. Creative Design & Editing
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Perform basic video editing for reels and promotional content.
- Ensure timely posting and visual consistency.
4. Brand Communication
- Maintain tone and messaging aligned with company positioning.
- Support promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
5. Google SEO & Content Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website/blog content for Google search.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text, URL structure, internal linking).
- Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
6. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads Manager.
- Set up audience targeting, ad sets, and budgets; optimize for reach, leads, and conversions.
- Track and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPC) and prepare monthly reports.
7. WhatsApp Automation & Marketing
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business automation tools for customer communication and lead nurturing.
- Create automated message flows, broadcast lists, and promotional WhatsApp campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to drive lead engagement and follow-ups via WhatsApp.
8. Canva Add-ons & Creative Tools
- Utilize Canva Add-ons, templates, and advanced features for premium-quality creatives.
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms using brand kit and design guidelines.
9. Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Build and execute monthly content and campaign calendars aligned with business goals and promotions.
- Research competitor activities and industry trends to refine brand positioning and messaging.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Short-form content).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Google SEO (on-page optimization, keyword research, Google Search Console).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or automation tools (e.g., WATI, Interakt, or similar).
- Proficiency in Canva Add-ons, Brand Kit, and advanced design features.
- Understanding of brand strategy, content planning, and digital campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
