*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives.
Drive sales growth and achieve area targets.
Conduct joint field visits and performance reviews.
Ensure product availability and payment collections.
Coordinate with distributors and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Graduate with 3+ years of pharma sales experience.
Prior team handling experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Full-time, field-based role.
Mumbai location.
100% payment collection responsibility.
Strict confidentiality and compliance required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
